Your Job:
• Take global lifecycle responsibility for a controls product.
• Drive both the operational and strategic development of the growing product portfolio.
• Analyse global market, application and technology trends.
• Assess market demands and customer needs.
• Define and shape the product strategy for your portfolio, including economic evaluations and scenario planning.
• Gather and specify product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to initiate the development of new products.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
Technical Competencies and Requirements:
• Degree in physics, industrial, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in sales, business development, application or product management, product owner or a similar field.
• Experience in the field of control technology, automation, or industry 4.0 is beneficial
• Analytical and conceptual skills, entrepreneurial mindset and market-oriented action.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
