We’re the thrill of the first night in a new place. The excitement of the next morning. The friends you make. The journeys you take. The sights you see. And the food you sample. Through our products, partners and people, we can empower everyone to experience the world.

The right candidate has previously worked in consumer-facing native applications, has previous experience in e-commerce, has great stakeholder management skills, is comfortable with iterative development and optimisation, and is able to take a stepped approach to building out our post-book Insurance experience to help our customers feel informed, empowered and excited to book more of the trip with us.
Booking Holdings Insurance vertical helps customers protect their trips and rental-car journeys through products offered across Accommodation, Flights and Cars. We combine customer-centric experiences with regulated insurance propositions, working closely with insurance partners to provide relevant coverage, clear information and support throughout the customer journey.
The vertical spans the full insurance lifecycle: discovering and purchasing cover, policy fulfilment, post-booking servicing, cancellations, claims and payouts. Our teams work across Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Operations, Legal and Compliance to build reliable, accessible and scalable experiences that meet both customer needs and regulatory expectations.
Insurance is also a key part of Booking.com’s Connected Trip and modernisation strategy. We are building shared capabilities that allow insurance to operate as a first-class product across the platform, while enabling future experiences such as bundled protection, cross-vertical journeys and more seamless self-service. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact problems at the intersection of technology, travel, financial services and customer trust.
