We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team, focusing on the delivery, enhancement, and strategy of solutions leveraging CID (Complex Investigation Detection ) and Quantexa technologies. This role will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities, driving innovation in data-driven insights and risk intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with business units to gather and prioritise requirements

  • Collaborate and proactively work with the business units to understand and resolve issues and provide solutions based on feedback from end users

• Delivery & Lifecycle Management

  • Work closely with agile teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements.

  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform data-driven product decisions.

  • Analyse data and product features to produce Functional Specifications and user stories

  • Work with engineers and external parties to come up with effective solutions

• Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure all products comply with data governance and security standards, especially in regulated industries.

  • Maintain thorough documentation and support audit requirements as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in data analytics, risk intelligence, or financial services environments.

• Hands-on experience with Quantexa, or similar entity resolution and network analytics platforms.

• Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and decision intelligence use cases.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

• Experience working in agile development environments.

• Familiarity with big data tools, graph databases, and cloud technologies.

• A background in banking, financial crime, or regulatory technology solutions is preferred.
