擔任 Advantech COM（Computer-On-Modules）產品經理，您將負責市場策略擬定、產品規劃與產品生命週期管理。聚焦於智慧製造、醫療、交通、網通、邊緣AI、戶外場域等垂直市場的嵌入式應用，根據市場趨勢與客戶需求，規劃差異化的模組解決方案（如 COM Express、COM-HPC、SMARC 等）。

此外，您亦將主導產品Roadmap規劃與新產品開發，協同跨部門團隊，推動產品從概念驗證到量產上市，並且組織與籌備產品的行銷策略與曝光計畫。透過與全球銷售及客戶技術團隊的合作，在全球市場推動產品並提高滲透，持續強化Advantech在全球嵌入式模組市場的領導地位。

【工作職責】

• 分析產業與市場趨勢，洞察客戶應用需求，規劃產品Roadmap與技術藍圖。
• 定義具前瞻性的產品規格，整合平台（含Intel/AMD/ARM架構）資源，打造具策略性與差異化的解決方案。
• 與NPI團隊共同開發，包含時程控制、規格釐清、跨部門溝通與風險控管。
• 協同業務與Pre-sales團隊制定GTM策略，推動樣品導入與協助客戶Design-in。
• 與行銷團隊共同制定與籌備產品的推廣專案。
• 追蹤樣品申請、BOM成本結構與價格策略，與供應鏈、採購團隊協作，優化供應彈性與毛利結構。
• 定期檢視產品生命週期與市場表現，提出產品升級計畫並協助客戶導入。
• 作為產品代表與技術窗口，支援客戶技術簡報、專案澄清與議價談判等工作。

【必備條件】

• 具備3年以上產品管理、專案管理或嵌入式平台相關經驗。
• 熟悉COM模組規格（如 COM Express、COM-HPC、SMARC）或嵌入式硬體平台架構（X86/ARM）。
• 熟悉產品開發流程與跨部門溝通協調，具備NPI與產品導入實務經驗。
• 具備良好的溝通、邏輯思維、抗壓與解決問題能力，能有效協調跨國與跨部門資源。
• 英語聽說讀寫流利，能進行國際會議與文件撰寫。

【加分條件】

• 熟悉嵌入式系統在AIoT、工業自動化、醫療設備、網通與伺服器等應用場域者。
• 對新技術開發與導入具有興趣者佳。
• 具軟體架構或開發的實務經驗佳。
• 具ODM/OEM 客戶專案管理與國際市場操作經驗者佳。

Serve as a Product Manager for Advantech’s COM (Computer-on-Modules) product line, responsible for market strategy development, product planning, and product lifecycle management.

The role focuses on embedded applications across key vertical markets, including smart manufacturing, medical, transportation, networking, edge AI, and outdoor environments. Based on market trends and customer requirements, you will plan differentiated module solutions using industry-standard form factors such as COM Express, COM-HPC, and SMARC.

You will lead product roadmap planning and new product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive products from concept validation through mass production and market launch. You will also develop and coordinate product marketing strategies and promotional initiatives. By working closely with global sales teams and customer-facing technical teams, you will promote product adoption and market penetration worldwide, further strengthening Advantech’s leadership position in the global embedded module market.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze industry and market trends, identify customer application requirements, and develop product roadmaps and technology strategies.
• Define forward-looking product specifications and integrate platform resources across Intel, AMD, and ARM architectures to deliver strategic and differentiated solutions.
• Collaborate with NPI teams throughout the product development process, including schedule management, specification alignment, cross-functional coordination, and risk management.
• Work with sales and pre-sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, drive sample adoption, and support customer design-in activities.
• Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute product promotion programs and campaigns.
• Track sample requests, BOM cost structures, and pricing strategies, while collaborating with supply chain and procurement teams to improve supply flexibility and optimize gross margin.
• Regularly review product lifecycle status and market performance, propose product upgrade and migration plans, and support customer adoption.
• Serve as the product representative and primary technical point of contact, supporting customer presentations, project clarification, commercial discussions, and price negotiations.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in product management, project management, or embedded platform-related roles.
• Familiarity with COM module standards, such as COM Express, COM-HPC, and SMARC, or with embedded hardware platform architectures based on x86 or ARM.
• Solid understanding of product development processes and cross-functional collaboration, with practical experience in NPI and product introduction.
• Strong communication, logical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and coordinate resources across regions and functions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to participate in international meetings and prepare professional business and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of embedded system applications in AIoT, industrial automation, medical equipment, networking, and server markets.
• Strong interest in the development, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience in software architecture or software development
• Experience managing ODM/OEM customer projects and supporting international markets.
• PMP certification or practical experience with Agile project management methodologies.
