About the Role
As a Collection Product Manager in GoTo Financial, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the Collection Platform product roadmap & initiatives. You will be responsible for building scalable, compliant, data-driven collection systems that maximize recoveries while preserving customer trust, shaping the future of the lending business in our company.  If you’re excited, this role is for you!

What You Will Do

• Own and drive the end-to-end Collections product roadmap & executions.
• Develop data-driven collections initiatives to reduce delinquency, improve recovery rates, and lower the cost of collection.
• Collaborate with Collection Strategy, Operations, & Engineering teams to align collections strategy with credit policy and portfolio performance.
• Ensure that all collection products and workflows are fully compliant with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
• Build and scale automation-first collections platforms, including rule engines, workflows, and escalation frameworks.

What You Will Need

• At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Product Manager in the Lending industry, preferably related to the Collection platform.
• Strong ability to own and drive an end-to-end product lifecycle for Lending platforms, specifically Collections.
• Skilled in translating business, risk, and ops requirements into scalable product solutions within the regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and track Collections KPIs (Comfortable working with SQL, dashboards, experimentation is strongly preferable).
• Strong communication skills & teamwork abilities, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
