Product Manager Coffee - Join Our Team!

This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about managing product life cycles, driving sustainable innovations, and optimizing product portfolios.

YOUR TASKS:

• Product Life Cycle Management Oversee the entire product life cycle for the assigned product group, from conception to market launch and beyond.
• Sustainable Innovations Develop and implement sustainable product innovations to meet market demands and environmental standards.
• Product Portfolio Optimization Continuously optimize the product portfolio to ensure it meets customer needs and market trends.
• Customer Interface Act as the main interface between customers, production, and sales, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Bringing Ideas to Life Translate customer ideas and specifications into actionable plans and high-quality products.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• Technical Background: Technical education or hands-on experience in a relevant field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and German.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects effectively.
• Industry Passion: Strong interest in the packaging industry and a passion for sustainability.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, a "can do" mentality, teamwork experience, and analytical thinking.

Competitive Salary: The minimum annual gross salary is €50,286.18, with potential overpayment based on your qualifications.

Location: Our plant is located in Weinburg, Austria.Willingness to regularly travel to customers is a prerequisite.
