Job Description

As a Cloud & AI Business Product Manager, you will drive Azure-based cloud and AI solution development while ensuring smooth business operations of CSP subscriptions and services. This role requires a balance between strategic solution development and hands-on operational execution to support both innovation and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
■ Cloud & AI Solution Strategy & Productization

  • Define and drive Azure-based solution roadmap and AI strategy
  • Identify key AI use cases (e.g., Generative AI, IoT AI, automation, analytics)
  • Design end-to-end cloud and AI solutions, including architecture and business
  • model
  • Package solutions into scalable offerings (subscription, SaaS, bundled solutions)


■ AI Ecosystem & Partner Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Microsoft and AI ecosystem partners (e.g., Azure OpenAI, ISVs)
  • Drive joint solution development and go-to-market initiatives
  • Evaluate and onboard new AI technologies into the solution portfolio


■ Customer Engagement & AI Adoption

  • Work with customers to define AI use cases and solution approach
  • Support Azure AI adoption from POC to production deployment
  • Provide guidance on solution architecture, scalability, and best practices


■ Business Execution & Cross-functional Alignment

  • Collaborate with Sales, AE, Finance, and Software teams to deliver solutions
  • Bridge solution strategy with real-world execution under CSP and business
  • models
  • Support pricing strategy and business model design
  • Drive adoption, revenue growth, and track solution performance


■ Operational Support & CSP Management
(To ensure business continuity and execution capability)

  • Support CSP subscription lifecycle (order, renewal, and subscription changes)
  • Coordinate billing processes and revenue tracking
  • Handle CSP-related operational issues (account, order, system, escalation)
  • Act as a communication bridge between customers, internal teams, and
  • Microsoft



Requirements

  • Experience with Azure, M365, or CSP business models
  • Understanding of cloud and AI solutions (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, SaaS models)
  • Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Experience collaborating with external partners (e.g., Microsoft, vendors, ISVs)



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI solution development or SaaS/product design
  • Familiarity with IoT or Edge AI solutions
  • Experience driving projects from POC to production
  • Experience in solution go-to-market or product launch
  • Background in B2B software or cloud business models
