
This role serves as the operational backbone between Regional Marketing, Commercial Teams, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Retail Partners and E-commerce, ensuring successful product launches, accurate forecasting, portfolio management and commercial readiness.
The position is responsible for coordinating and executing key activities throughout the product lifecycle, from launch planning and assortment management to pricing, product setup, demand alignment and retailer readiness. A vacancy in this role would create significant disruption in the execution of launch plans, portfolio governance and revenue-generating initiatives, while increasing the operational burden on Brand Managers and cross-functional teams.
Scope of Responsibilities:
-Product Launch Planning & Execution
-Coordinate the end-to-end launch process for all product innovations, ensuring adherence to global timelines and local market requirements.
-Track launch milestones, launch readiness, retailer onboarding and commercial activation plans.
-Partner with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure successful execution.
-Portfolio & Assortment Management
-Maintain assortment strategies, SKU lifecycle management, phase-in/phase-out planning and catalog accuracy.
-Ensure portfolio alignment with brand priorities, retailer needs and business objectives.
-Forecasting & Demand Alignment
-Consolidate launch forecasts and support demand planning processes.
-Coordinate cross-functional forecast reviews and identify risks related to inventory, stock availability and launch performance.
-Product Master Data & Commercial Readiness
-Manage SKU creation, product information, pricing files, retailer setup requirements and product databases.
-Ensure all commercial and operational information is available and accurate before launch execution.
-Sampling, Testers & Promotional Product Management
-Coordinate allocation and tracking of testers, samples, GWPs and launch support materials
-Ensure availability and timely deployment to support commercial activation.
