The Role
We are building a foundational AI platform for clinic operations expanding across specialties. We're looking for a Product Manager to own this roadmap end to end to bring transformational change to the way our clinics operate using AI.

In this role, you will...

  • Own the full product roadmap and AI strategy and adoption

  • Run continuous discovery with frontline clinic staff — shadow workflows, interview physicians and admins, and translate findings into clear requirements

  • Lead build vs. buy decisions for each layer, evaluating vendors against in-house options

  • Define success metrics for every initiative and track them post-launch

  • Partner with engineering, data, and clinical teams to ship on time and on scope

  • Present roadmap progress and outcomes to executive leadership and clinic partners

Here’s what we’re looking for...

Required

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years shipping data-intensive or AI/ML products

  • Demonstrated understanding of how to sequence infrastructure and application layers — you know why data quality must precede agent deployment

  • Experience with healthcare data formats and clinical workflows (HL7, FHIR, EHR systems), or the ability to develop that fluency quickly

  • Strong discovery instincts — you can find the real problem behind the stated request

  • Comfortable holding both platform-level ambiguity and feature-level precision at the same time

  • Ability to travel to clinics on a regular cadence.

Preferred

  • Healthcare experience especially working with providers and clinical staff

  • Experience with clinical data pipelines, RPA tooling, or AI agent frameworks

  • Familiarity with ambient documentation tools, prior auth automation, or medical coding AI

  • Experience working with EHR and EHR data
