Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins for efficient money movement.
Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.
Backed by leading investors including Acorn Pacific, Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.
The Product Manager for Client Program Operations will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of how Reap's card issuing clients set up, launch, and run their card programs - and the operational and economic engine that keeps those programs running. You'll own the dashboard experience that clients' own teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Treasury) rely on to operate their card programs and you'll partner with Reap's Finance team to ensure programs are correctly funded, reconciled, and priced. You'll understand Reap's card issuing economics from the inside - cost structure, interchange economics, and FX markup - and work closely with Finance to translate that into the fees, funding, and tools clients use to run their programs. The role works cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, CX, Onboarding, Treasury, the other Core product teams, and card issuing clients directly.
Know Reap's card issuing economics from the inside - cost structure, interchange economics, FX markup, and scheme fees
Own the end-to-end client program setup and the dashboard experience that clients' internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance) use to self-serve their card programs
Own the pricing engine - work closely with Finance to understand and implement fee structures across programs, including transactional and non-transactional fees
Become the go-to person for pricing on anything new - new features, schemes, and markets
Own the account structure that helps clients scale across new geographies, schemes, and markets without re-architecting their setup
Own the reconciliation experience - ensuring clients' Finance teams can reconcile transactions, settlements, and fees accurately, and minimising reconciliation exceptions
Triage and resolve operational issues affecting clients' ability to run their programs, partnering with CX and Engineering
Define success metrics for your domains and use data to evaluate whether you're moving in the right direction
5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS - ideally with exposure to card programs, payments economics, or commercial/pricing products
Solid understanding of how a card program operates - funding, provisioning, fees, settlement, and reconciliation
Experience building client-facing dashboards end-to-end - partnering with designers and engineers to ship intuitive experiences for Finance, Ops, and Engineering users
A strong grasp of payments economics - you understand interchange, FX markup, scheme fees, and cost structure, and how they combine into program-level margin
Experience owning or supporting pricing and fee-structure decisions for a product, in partnership with Finance or commercial teams
Experience working with APIs end-to-end — able to read specs, evaluate integration designs, and write precise API-level requirements
Strong written communication - ability to document pricing logic, setup workflows, and SOPs clearly
Experience with SQL to query and investigate program, reconciliation, and revenue data
Ability to read and interpret API responses, webhooks, and ledger/reconciliation data (not required to code, but technically literate)
Experience shipping client-facing dashboards or data-rich product interfaces - you understand what makes a dashboard genuinely usable
Exposure to CaaS (Card-as-a-Service) program management for B2B clients
Familiarity with building pricing/billing systems or rate cards at scale
Experience building or prototyping AI-assisted internal tooling
Independently driven — you identify what matters, form a view, and pursue it without waiting to be directed; you're a self-starter who holds themselves to a high bar
Client-obsessed — you understand that the client's Finance, Ops, and Engineering teams live in your tools daily, and you build for their reality
Detail-oriented under pressure — pricing, funding, fees, and reconciliation are precision-critical; errors are expensive and visible
Comfortable with ambiguity — Reap operates across multiple jurisdictions, funding rails, and pricing models; you build structure where there is none
Strong cross-functional communicator — you work fluidly with engineers, Finance, CX, the other Core PMs, and clients, translating between technical, commercial, and operational contexts
AI-native, not AI-curious — you've moved past wondering what AI can do and are actively building your own workflows, prompts, and systems around it; you find people who aren't doing this a little baffling
A high-impact role in a rapidly growing fintech company.
Flexible hybrid/remote work environment with a global, collaborative team.
Insurance coverage after probation.
