Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage product initiatives for assigned product areas or enhancements.
• Develop and maintain products and feature roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements and prioritize backlog.
• Conduct market and technical research to support product decisions.
• Identify customer segments and build business cases for product investments.
• Monitor product performance and analyze impact of features and growth initiatives.
• Manage ROI and ensure product investments deliver measurable value.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive execution.
• Perform business and financial analysis including forecasting and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage technology advancements to enhance product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of product management )relevant) experience
  
  Experience in consumer-facing online/digital products.
• Exposure to product lifecycle management (ideation to launch).
• Experience in product marketing, program management, business development, or consulting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and present to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Retail / E-commerce (Healthcare/Pharmacy is a plus).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Ability to solve operational challenges and implement scalable solution

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 46,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 161,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
