- The Product Manager for Chemistry & Physics at FLINN SCIENTIFIC INC will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of educational products related to chemistry and physics. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet market needs and align with the company’s strategic goals. The Product Manager will play a critical role in driving innovation and maintaining the company’s reputation as a leader in science education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process for chemistry and physics educational materials, from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, using insights to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with educators, scientists, and internal teams to design and develop high-quality educational products.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including updates and enhancements to existing products.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new and existing products.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, using data to drive improvements and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product offerings.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and customers, enhancing product knowledge and usage.
- Prepare and present product proposals and reports to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, suppliers, and industry partners.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, or a related scientific field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Required

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the scientific industry, specifically focusing on chemistry and physics products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing scientific products from concept through commercialization.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and market strategies.
