to drive product strategy, development, and market growth. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations — turning insights into winning product plans and launches.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the
  full product lifecycle
  — from research, positioning, and planning to launch and post-launch performance.

• 
  Conduct
  market and competitor analysis
  to guide product direction, pricing, and differentiation.

• 
  Translate strategy into actionable requirements for production, marketing, and sales teams.

• 
  Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure products meet both customer expectations and business goals.

• 
  Develop
  product training materials
  and tools for sales and marketing enablement.

• 
  Plan and execute
  go-to-market strategies
  for new launches.

• 
  Monitor performance, optimize inventory levels, and adjust strategies to maintain product availability and profitability.

• 
  Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for management decision-making.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 
  2–5 years of experience in
  product management, sales, business development, marketing,
  ​or related fields.

• 
  Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus.

• 
  Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.

• 
  Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• 
  Exposure to
  distribution, enterprise sales, or industrial brands
  is an advantage.
