What you'll do:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering front-end and back-end components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Create clear and actionable product specifications, understanding the business objectives, initiatives, and expected outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products innovative and competitive.

What you'll need:

  • A university degree in a related field.
  • Background in product management methodologies, preferably with experience in e-commerce.
  • Strong experience in product management, focusing on front-end and back-end projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Passion for creating user-centric products and a keen eye for detail.
  • Advanced English is crucial, as you may need to present at meetings with speakers who do not speak Portuguese.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics platforms.
  • Ability to write clear and actionable requirements, business cases, and user stories.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
