Join our CardioVascular Surgery team as a Product Manager, where you will lead high-impact initiatives across ANZ. This role offers strong ownership of portfolio strategy, product launches, and customer engagement, directly driving market growth and improving patient outcomes.

We offer flexibility in location, with occasional travel to the Sydney office as required.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Portfolio Strategy & Leadership

  • Creation of ANZ Financial Year marketing/business plans and strategies aligned to respective Global Business Unit (GBU)

  • Define and execute ANZ portfolio strategy to deliver sustainable revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen competitive positioning.

  • Lead end-to-end product launch excellence, including market assessment, demand planning, pricing strategy, clinical adoption, and sales enablement—ensuring successful commercialization across ANZ.

  • Drive and ensure the execution of operational excellence initiatives including developing and implementing strategies to enhance product lifecycle management, streamline processes, and improve cross-functional collaboration.

Enable Sales & Field Success:

  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, sales tools, and training resources.

  • Ensure field teams are equipped with the tools and messaging needed to accelerate product adoption and advocacy.

  • Spend time in the field partnering with clinicians, customers, and sales teams to gain deep insights and deliver meaningful clinical and commercial impact..

  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to accelerate product adoption and advocacy.

  • Offer strategic input and support for sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

Cross-Functional & Global Leadership

  • Act as the ANZ voice of the customer, influencing global strategy, product development, and lifecycle decisions in collaboration with the Global Business Unit.

  • Partner with global marketing, Regulatory, Clinical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure market needs are addressed.

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, in collaboration with the marketing communications team.

  • Utilize data analytics to measure, optimize, and report on digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with sales goals and overall marketing strategy

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, tenders, or business case development.

  • Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments and stakeholder landscapes.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in matrix organisations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product management and marketing, within the medical device or healthcare industry.

  • Proven track record of successful product launches and market penetration strategies.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on relationship building.
