• Support meeting all P&L metrics across the unsecured portfolios, through strategic development, pricing and complete customer life cycle management
• Deliver campaigns and projects in accordance with metrics.
• Deliver on business case submissions and related costings
• Seek opportunities to reduce costs across all business lines covered.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that have potential to expand the business and/or improve business profitability.
  Deliver key elements of the broader Customer Value Management strategy.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, product design, service proposition and profitability.
• Ensure effective systems, procedures and control infrastructure is in place to support product delivery
• Co-develop with key stakeholders operational process improvements based on customer feedback and industry benchmarks

Qualification: Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
