This is an exciting opportunity to join Westpac's Business Products & Payments team as a Product Manager, taking ownership of a portfolio of business banking products that support customers every day.
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who thrives on ownership and enjoys turning ideas into outcomes. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of your product portfolio, balancing customer needs, commercial performance, risk considerations and strategic priorities to deliver meaningful business results.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the value chain to identify opportunities, drive product improvements and lead initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and business performance.
This position offers genuine product ownership, strategic influence, and the opportunity to shape the future of business banking products within a growing and evolving product function.
