1. Customer & Market Engagement
1) Maintain partnerships with core OEM/ODM customers and global clients, promptly communicating their feedback and needs regarding busbar products.
2) Support the global sales and customer teams, assisting in identifying project opportunities, facilitating technical communication, and ensuring project success.
3) Conduct customer visits, technical communications, product presentations, and industry-related exchange activities to understand actual customer needs.
4) Monitor busbar-related market dynamics, competitor activities, and technological changes, collecting information and providing feedback to the internal team.

2. Product Management
1) Collaborate with the team to develop busbar product plans, proposing product optimization and new product development suggestions based on market and customer needs.
2) Participate in the entire busbar product management process, from requirements gathering and development coordination to mass production, ensuring products meet customer and company requirements.
3) Collaborate with the team to achieve revenue, profit, and other financial performance targets, contributing to business growth.
4) Liaise with the supply chain and suppliers to clarify product timelines, costs, and quality requirements, monitor contract fulfilment, and ensure stable product supply.
5) Coordinate with internal R&D, sales, and operations teams to advance busbar product-related projects and resolve any obstacles encountered during project implementation.
6) Provide internal teams with basic training and documentation related to busbar products and support their sales efforts.
7) Adhere to company-approved policies and procedures, support the company's total quality management efforts, and drive continuous improvement in product quality.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or Business
• 3 years of experience in Product management, Product marketing, Sales development, or Application engineering related to manufacturing.
• Direct experience working with Global OEMs in Servers, Data center or EV
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Proven track record owning full product lifecycle and driving measurable business results (revenue, margin, market share).
• Excellent cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), can use English as working language.
• Willingness to travel globally to support customers, projects, and operations (up to 30%).
