Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE

Act as a product manager and key point of contact for Sales, Training, PR, VM, CRM and other departments in a highly collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute new product launch plans and integrated communication strategies.
  • Define campaign strategiesand objectives (including new product strategies, VM & POS plans, etc) by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Design channel-specific action plans (POS, events, etc.) to drive effective campaign execution.
  • Share weekly campaign sales reportsand analyze performance of key product lines.
  • Support the development of short- and long-term product strategies.
  • Manage local development projects (print production, POS materials, special events), ensuring seamless execution at POS level through close collaboration with retail and counter managers as well as regular store visits
  • Develop event content (podiums, pop-ups) and propose engaging customer activation ideas aligned with global guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage campaign and promotional budgets to ensure cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
  • Gather and consolidate campaign feedback from internal teams and share insights with global teams.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for promoter hiring, campaign brochure production, and e vent execution.
  • Monitor competitor activities, new product launches, and market trends
  • Forecast sales volumes for new and existing products and manage purchase orders by product line.
  • Control stock levels for saleable items and Sales Promotional Materials (SPM) and monitor SPM usage.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product management or a related field.
  • Fluent in Korean and English, both written andspoken.
  • Strong passion for beauty and fashion, with curiosity for new trends and concept development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
