Purpose of the role
Product Managers are responsible for the leading the strategic focus of the product(s), defining the product vision, market strategy, and competitive analysis. They think about the product's future and how it will evolve over time. They work with various teams, including marketing, engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure everyone is aligned on the product strategy. They use data and market research to inform their decisions and prioritize product features.

You will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritising delivery through Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, customer-centric solutions and look to the product's future and how it will evolve over time This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with deep FinTech expertise to influence product strategy and drive business outcome and enhance product delivery.
To be successful as a Product Manager – BPL, you must have the following essential skills:
Advanced experience with real-time accounting ledgers, cash management solutions, and banking integrations within a FinTech environment.
Product management delivery experience, including defining product vision, roadmap development and execution of delivery strategies.
Proven experience working in Agile environments with ownership and management of Scrum backlogs.
Experience working within a product domain driven organisation.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Experience leveraging AI tools to support backlog management, product prioritisation and delivery activities.
Experience working with Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools.
Self-starter mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

This role has the option to work from either: London or Northampton.
