About the Team

Our vision is to create a global HCM platform, augmented with a suite of AI apps to re-imagine the

power of talent management. To accomplish this, we are building a highly motivated team, having right

mix of curiosity, expertise, and stamina to transform the space!

The Product Manager will play a key role in driving the development and success of our products by

acting as the bridge between business, technology, and customers. This role involves close collaboration

with the technology and support teams to gather and analyze new requirements, conduct feasibility

studies, and define optimal design and implementation approaches. The Product Manager will also be

responsible for performing in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and

competitive positioning, ensuring that product strategies are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

Skills and Qualities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent documentation and communication skills

• Experience in HR/Payroll domain (Statutory knowledge preferred)

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Excel

• Stakeholder and time management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering,

Computer Science, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile are a plus.

• 6–10+ years with a proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle.

• Experience in specific domain (e.g., SaaS) preferred.
