Why this role exists
Smart Host is entering a new phase, with the product direction for 2026 currently being shaped. We’re looking for additional product leadership capacity to help define and execute what comes next.
This is not a “plug into an existing roadmap” role. You’ll work at the intersection of product quality and business impact, making trade-offs between speed, learning, and long-term value.
You’ll report to Antoine, our CPO, and work closely with product, engineering, design, onboarding, and revenue teams to take ownership of a meaningful product area once direction is clarified.

Smart Host was founded 2016 in order to provide hoteliers with the world’s most user-friendly CRM System.
Hotels have got pretty out of sync with their guests. In a high-speed digital world, third parties - like online travel agencies - have hijacked those direct interactions that used to go on between hotels and guests.
