Job Description

At Bowtie, we aren't just selling insurance — we're rebuilding it from the ground up. We started with consumer health, and our next frontier is redefining how businesses and brokers protect their teams.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the digital growth engine of our B2B team — the systems, funnels, and experiments that turn broker relationships and corporate leads into signed deals.

In this role, you'll bridge high-velocity growth experiments with the structural realities of a regulated industry. You aren't just shipping features; you're building a scalable ecosystem that empowers our internal teams and the corporate brokers we work with. If you like owning a metric end-to-end, and can prove that "regulated" doesn't have to mean "slow," this is your seat.

About the Role

As the Product Manager, you own the performance of our B2B funnel — from the first impression on our product pages to the finalisation of a corporate deal.

We operate in a regulated environment, but we value speed and autonomy. You'll navigate compliance requirements proactively, so our products are compliant by design rather than slowed down by bureaucracy. You'll work closely with health partners and corporate brokers to make sure our digital tools meet the needs of the modern B2B insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. End-to-End Product & Funnel Ownership — Own the digital experience for our B2B insurance products, partnering with engineers and designers to ship features that move the needle.

    • Own the strategic direction of the B2B funnel — from lead generation through to web conversion — and set the roadmap to keep opportunity flow high-quality and growing.

  2. Sales Velocity & Deal Health — Own the health of our sales pipeline, driving improvements to the number of successful deals closed and Turnaround Time (TAT) to deal closure.

    • Identify friction points across onboarding and deal flow, and ship solutions that meaningfully shorten the sales cycle.

  3. CRM, Lifecycle & Compliance — Build and own the CRM-driven growth funnel, automating lead nurturing and engineering clean, data-driven handoffs between Marketing and Sales.

    • Lead compliance-by-design thinking across the product, partnering closely with Legal and Compliance to ship safe, effective products without unnecessary bottlenecks.

  4. Stakeholder & Partner Leadership — Drive alignment with Marketing, Actuarial, and Operations to shape the product roadmap around broader business goals.

    • Own key partnerships with brokers and corporate clients, driving the relationships that make launches land.

About You

Experience & Skills

  • 6+ years in Product Management, with a strong track record in B2B or Growth roles.

  • Experience shipping products in a regulated industry, such as FinTech, InsurTech, or HealthTech.

  • Demonstrated ownership of CRM systems and lead lifecycle management, ideally end-to-end.

  • Sharp instincts for reading a conversion chart and pinpointing exactly where we're losing potential clients.

  • A strong plus: experience with web analytics (GA4/Mixpanel) and SQL.

  • A strong plus: familiarity with the Hong Kong insurance landscape or corporate employee benefits.

The Person

  • You believe "regulated" doesn't have to mean "slow" — and you've built the playbook to prove it.

  • You're obsessed with the funnel end-to-end; the numbers tell you a story and you act decisively on it.

  • You genuinely enjoy working with external partners like brokers, translating their needs into a roadmap without hand-holding.

  • You let data drive your roadmap, not gut feel or the loudest voice in the room.

  • You treat Legal and Compliance as partners, not blockers — and bring them in early, not last.

  • You've already made AI tools part of how you work day-to-day, and you push your collaborators to do the same.

Language
English and Cantonese required. Mandarin is a plus.

We Offer

  • Competitive package

  • Flexible work arrangement

  • Medical / dental coverage and wellness programmes

  • Employee discounts

  • Fun, collaborative, and flexible startup culture

  • Weekly sharing sessions and regular social gatherings

  • Professional Development Sponsorship
