What’s the role?
This role sits within the Originations & Servicing Village, in the Consumer Mortgages Line of Business, in the Apply and Verify team.
You’ll focus on improving how mortgage applications are assessed, verified and progressed, using AI, automation and data‑driven decisioning to reduce manual effort, improve time to decision, and lift customer and broker outcomes.
Working end‑to‑end, you’ll shape initiatives from problem definition through to delivery and benefits realisation. You’ll partner closely with Technology, Data, Risk and Operations to turn complex mortgage and verification problems into clear product outcomes and build solutions that are scalable, explainable and safe.
This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Sydney, with flexible and hybrid working available.
