Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e, and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford’s retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. As a Product Manager for Audio, you’ll shape and execute the strategy for next-generation audio capabilities across Ford’s digital cabin. You’ll translate customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives into clear product requirements, own the backlog, and drive the full lifecycle from concept to delivery and continuous optimization. You’ll lead product discovery initiatives and leverage data to guide decisions. You’ll partner with fellow Product Managers, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to build the future of audio experiences across both Ford and Lincoln brands.
