Job Description

Wix Point of Sale empowers SMBs to streamline their online and in-store retail service experience, allowing business owners to manage bookings, inventory, sales, payments, analytics and more — all within one powerful solution.

This end-to-end omnichannel experience serves to increase sales, save time and money, so that owners can focus on their business. At Wix POS we provide a complete ecosystem, including hardware, payment processing, inventory and customer management in order to allow business owners to unify and manage their online and offline sales

• Take full responsibility and ownership of products from inception to production
• Own the product life cycle from conducting market, data, BI and user research to defining wireframes and KPIs to overseeing the development process
• Create and maintain relationships with Product Managers and teams across Wix
• Work closely with top-notch professionals in a huge range of disciplines across Wix to take your product to market
• Talk to users and members of our Customer Care workforce, analyze user data, and conduct usability tests to continually improve the product
• Play a key role in building the roadmap

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building consumer web or mobile products, working in collaboration with other PMs across multiple teams
• Great visual aptitude and analytical skills
• You’re fluent in defining workflows, sketching wireframes, and analyzing user needs, intents and business cases
• You have excellent teamwork and communication skills and are able to explain ideas in a clear and concise way
• You’re not intimidated by tough challenges — producing high-quality solutions is important to you
• You’re an independent learner with the ability to lead a project from A to Z

• Experience in R&D, UX or Content Management as a developer, designer, writer or manager would be an advantage
• Experience building AI products would also be an advantage
