Product Manager, Associate

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Gather and define product requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong relationships to drive product adoption across customers, partners, and internal teams
• Collaborate with industry analysts and customers to stay aligned with latest GenAI and RPA trends
• Translate product vision into detailed execution plans and partner with engineering teams for delivery
• Drive product release cycles, ensuring adherence to quality standards and release control processes
• Conduct product enablement sessions, training, and demos for field teams, partners, and customers
• Contribute to business case development and support decision-making with data-driven insights

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software product implementation
• Working knowledge of Generative AI and RPA concepts, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and data grounding
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly
• Ability to work independently on complex initiatives and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment in decision-making
• Willingness to travel occasionally for stakeholder meetings, product demos, or conferences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or LLaMA
• Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Experience with product enablement, training programs, or customer-facing roles
• Understanding of product lifecycle management and release processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network across diverse stakeholder groups
