SWAROVSKI PARFUMS

PRODUCT MANAGER ASSISTANT – 6 MONTHS INTERNSHIP (PARIS) 

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager Assistant to join the Global Marketing team of Swarovski in our mission to develop the new Swarovski Licence at Coty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Global Product Manager Assistant, you are at the heart of the brand creation where concepts are crafted, and products are developed. 

Evolving in a fast-paced and motivating environment, you will participate in building an innovative fragrance segmentfor Swarovski, integrated in a global cosmetics group. 

Supporting the marketing plan implementation, you will contribute to the success of future launches, working on exciting projects for the Masters of Light.

Your main focuses:  

• Participate in the development of new launches: 

• Preparation and follow-up of briefs (design agencies, mock-up suppliers) 

• Operational projects follow-up and coordination of the internal teams (R&D, digital, retail, supply chain) and external providers (suppliers, agencies) 

• Elaboration of 360° approach elements: conceptualization work, storytelling, product positioning, sampling, communication, merchandising and training 

• Analyse the market and trends to build long-term strategies on key markets: 

• Monitoring of trends, new launches, and fragrance/beauty innovations 

• Quantitative and qualitative competition analysis 

• Support the team in day-to-day management: participation in the organization of meetings, presentations,and international seminars

• are currently studying for a Master’s degree.

• are a beauty-enthusiast, innovative, and rigorous

• are a motivated team player, willing to learn in a fast-paced international environment

• have excellent organization skills to drive multiple projects with agility. 

• have a critical thinking spirit with a strong force of proposition and creativity. 

• are fluent in English & French, with excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Italian & German are a plus.
