Product Manager – DeLaval Plus

(F/M)

Location: Wrocław, Poland

Contract type: Fixed-term contract, approximately 1 year – maternity cover

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Digital Services team and take ownership of shared capabilities within DeLaval Plus – our digital platform supporting farmers, dealers, and internal users in accessing and using animal management services.

In this role, you will focus on improving the overall platform experience, making services easier to find, understand, and use. You will work across different product areas and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Commercial Offering, Design, Architecture, Development teams, and other stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity to work on a product that connects different parts of the DeLaval digital ecosystem and directly supports how users interact with our animal management solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Define and align the product roadmap for shared DeLaval Plus capabilities, including navigation, home screen experience, service visibility, and other common platform functionality.
• Translate customer, business, and internal needs into clear product priorities and actionable requirements.
• Improve how users discover, understand, and access animal management services across areas such as animal health, reproduction, feeding, milking, and farm management.
• Act as the coordinating Product Manager for shared platform capabilities that contribute to a consistent DeLaval Plus customer experience.
• Own and coordinate product responsibilities for Sync Cloud, ensuring reliable, secure, and well-aligned data exchange with external partners.
• Collaborate with domain Product Managers to ensure that services are logically positioned, easy to discover, and presented consistently.
• Manage and communicate an agile product roadmap, including priorities, dependencies, and expected customer value.
• Support product discovery, validation, and delivery of platform improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through structured communication, demos, and clear decision-making.
• Ensure transparency and continuity throughout the fixed-term maternity cover assignment.

What we are looking for

• University degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Product Management, Digital Services, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in Product Management, digital services, platform capabilities, or customer-facing digital solutions.
• Experience working with Agile product development, roadmaps, and prioritisation in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong ability to structure complex needs, identify priorities, and translate requirements into clear product decisions.
• Good understanding of user journeys, information architecture, and digital customer experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bring different perspectives together and create transparency around decisions and priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across different functions and product areas.
• Knowledge of dairy farming, animal management workflows, or digital tools supporting farm decision-making would be an advantage.
