Team Introduction
The TikTok App Ads and Gaming team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for app and gaming clients on TikTok. Our vision is to make TikTok the leading platform for app and gaming marketers to acquire, retain and monetize users by building products that support unique vertical needs, new monetization models and different stages of the app lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Identify and deeply understand clients' needs, industry trends, and ecosystem constraints in the app advertising and measurement space, including 1P and 3P attribution, SDK-based measurement, and privacy-driven changes.
- Use data to analyze signal coverage, attribution accuracy, and identity-matching performance; identify gaps and trade-offs; and translate insights into clear product priorities.
- Lead alpha and beta programs for new measurement and attribution capabilities, validating data correctness, stability and advertiser trust through structured experiments and feedback.
- Own post-launch measurement performance by monitoring key metrics such as signal quality, attribution coverage, and reporting consistency, and continuously optimizing products as the ecosystem evolves.
