The Product Manager,Analytics& Data Productswill report to OneOncology’s Vice President,Analytics& Data ProductsThis is an individual contributor role responsible for executingnew product developmentwithinOneOncology’sdata and workflow product portfolio.This role willpartnercloselywithOneOncology’sanalyticsteamand other functional teams across the organization tosupporttheideation, design, and implementation ofproducts to support practice and corporate workflows across multiple domain areasThe Product Manager willmanageroadmap creation and execution, working closely with engineering, analytics,and operational stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.Initial areas ofproductfocuswillinclude revenue cycle management (RCM) and data-enabled workflows in areas such as pharmacy andpatient navigation.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable product solutions.
Assess, prioritize, and execute feature development fordata productofferings
Write clear product requirements, userstoriesand acceptance criteria.
Design UImockupsand wireframesforidentifiedproducts and features
Developand refine LLM prompts based on outputs and end user feedback whereappropriate tosupport the implementation of AI-enabledcomponents in product features
Identifyand evaluate business opportunities for emerging product areas, translating market insights into actionable product strategies
Define,monitor, and analyze product metrics to assess success and recommend improvements.
Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent work experience
3+ years of product management experience in an agile environment, with a strongtrack recordof delivering user-centric solutions.
2+ years of experience in healthcare, with experience working with healthcare data(billing data, EMR data, etc.);proficiencyin SQL orsimilarlanguage a plus
Proven ability toleverageproduct analytics and direct user engagement to inform decision-making, prioritize features, define requirements, and build product roadmaps aligned with businessobjectivesand customer needs
Strongcommunicationskillswith the ability to build trust, develop buy-in, and clearly articulate product vision and rationale across cross-functional teams
