Job Description

At H&M Move, we’re on a mission to make movement accessible for the many. Now we’re taking the next step — building something new within the equestrian world.

If you live and breathe riding, understand product from the inside out, and are excited by the opportunity to shape something from the ground up — this could be your next role!

About the role

As Product Manager for our equestrian initiative All In, you will play a key role in building and driving a focused growth category where credibility, performance and product expertise are essential.

You will lead the category with a clear direction, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging your deep equestrian knowledge to secure authenticity, credibility and relevance in the product offer. You will shape an assortment that is both technically relevant and commercially successful, always with the rider and customer at heart - collaboration with riders and brand ambassadors

In this role, your own experience as a rider matters. You know how products should perform — because you use them yourself. Your credibility in the equestrian space will be central to building trust and creating a compelling offer.

You will work closely with design, planning, production, commercial and Marketing teams to secure a strong and seamless customer experience across all channels. At the same time, you are comfortable staying close to the product, doing what it takes to move the business forward.

What you’ll do

  • Define and drive a clear category strategy, based on customer needs and commercial opportunities

  • Build a relevant and credible assortment, grounded in your riding experience

  • Act as a central link across functions, ensuring strong alignment between design, production, planning and commercial teams

  • Take an active role in the whole product development, from concept to final and contributing hands-on to improve functionality, fit and performance

  • Identify challenges early and drive solutions, navigating complexity to keep both product and business moving forward

  • Set priorities and top orders to drive growth and profitability

  • Connect insights from riders, markets and internal teams to continuously strengthen and evolve the assortment

  • Ensure strong value for money, balancing function, quality, price and sustainability

  • Optimize product mix and planning across markets and channels

  • Move seamlessly between strategic leadership and hands-on execution

Who you are

We believe you are a commercially driven and product-focused leader with strong credibility in the equestrian space. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoy combining strategic thinking with operational work.

We believe you have:

  • Experience as a Product Manager or similar role

  • Hands-on equestrian experience — you ride regularly and use the products yourself

  • Strong understanding of product functionality within riding and stable environments

  • A commercial mindset with a track record of building successful assortments

  • Ability to balance performance with style and customer appeal

  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset — with a “no task too small” attitude

  • High ownership and self - drive

  • Ability to problem solve and attention to detail

Why you’ll love it here

At H&M Move, you’ll have the opportunity to shape a new category from the ground up — combining your passion for riding with your product expertise.

You’ll join a collaborative and ambitious team where ideas are encouraged, ownership is real, and the pace is high.
