Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate Closely Work hand-in-hand with our sales, marketing, and engineering teams to bring our vision to life.
• Evaluate, Innovate & Adapt to the Market Constantly assess, develop, and enhance our product, maintaining an open dialogue throughout the entire product lifecycle and ensuring alignment with evolving markets.
• Coordinate and Analyze Take charge of coordinating, evaluating, and validating the feasibility of market demands concerning technical features. It’s all about making sure our product hits the mark.
• Market Awareness & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry shifts, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies with a sharp eye, translating these insights into actionable product improvements.
• Training and Support Lead product training and provide top-notch service to both our internal and external customers.
• Initiate and Coordinate Workshops Spearhead workshops, both internally and externally, catering to our ongoing need for excellence and growth.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

• Technical Background Got a technical degree? Great! We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in electronics, hardware, or software environments.
• IT Savvy Comprehensive IT knowledge is a must.
• Market Trend Sensitivity: A proven ability to track, interpret, and respond strategically to market developments, ensuring our products are always one step ahead.
• Team Player with Organizational Skills If you’re someone who thrives in a team and can juggle multiple tasks seamlessly, you’ll fit right in.
• Customer-Centric and Flexible High customer orientation and the ability to adapt are keys to success in this role.
• Communication Pro Excellent communication skills in English are non-negotiable. We’re talking top-notch verbal and written skills. German is a plus.
• Ready to Travel This job will take you places, literally. Be prepared to travel as needed.

As you know, due to the collective agreement, we have to mention the official minimum salary, which is € 3.175,00 gross monthly. But honestly, that’s just a baseline - we’re offering you a salary that truly reflects your skills and the value you bring.
