Your Opportunity

The Product Manager will partner with a cross-functional team to bring the EBSCOhost AI Research Companion functionality to market. The EBSCOhost AI Research Companion is a suite of AI-powered research workflows that help users discover, understand, and engage with research content through natural-language conversational interactions. Answers / responses are grounded in authoritative EBSCOhost content and include references and links. You will help develop and bring to market AI-powered solutions for direct use by library users and researchers of all varieties. The Product Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology and other departments.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Product Management leadership to develop and execute go to market efforts for EBSCOhost AI Research Companion
  • Collaborate with Technical teams to communicate market needs and feedback
  • Join library customer and publisher calls to discuss EBSCOhost AI Research Companion products and benefits, and conduct Beta testing programs with customers and end-users.
  • Define metrics, measure, and assess the impact of AI Research Companion functionality post-launch.
  • Help build and deliver stakeholder updates
  • Drive business requirements for future roadmap items, in partnership with other Product Managers

Your Team

This role reports to a Vice President of Product Management, closely partners with the Sr. Product Manager of AI Research Companion, and works closely with teams across Product Management, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Satisfaction. The Product Management team is comprised of 30+ Product Managers who represent different platform and functionality level initiatives. The team is customer-facing and drives business requirements across the EBSCOhost suite of products and services.

About You

  • 0-2 years of Product Management experience
  • Interest in working closely with customers and other external partners
  • Familiarity with AI Agents and AI-powered research workflows
  • Interest in building a career in Product Management with EBSCO
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with various teams

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience designing and building AI-powered research workflows and integrating / embedding Large Language Models in user-facing solutions.
  • Basic understanding of the library industry and how libraries leverage EBSCO products
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build credibility with team members and stakeholders.

Pay Range

USD $62,925.00 - USD $89,890.00 /Yr.
