Our focus is on fair value calculations for a wide range of financial instruments – from simple standard derivatives and (illiquid) promissory notes to complex structured products and portfolios. In addition, we develop risk metrics for scenario analysis and regulatory requirements (e.g., PRIIPs and MiFID II).

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and commercialization of our AI-powered solutions. The role will focus on transforming proprietary financial data, quantitative analytics, and customer workflows into intelligent products powered by Generative AI, agentic systems, and advanced automation.

You will define how AI is embedded across our product portfolio and help shape the next generation of financial intelligence solutions used by banks, asset managers, wealth managers, and financial institutions.

• Define and execute the AI product vision and roadmap
• Identify high-value AI use cases across market data, research, portfolio management, risk, valuation, and regulatory workflows
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and turn it into scalable commercial opportunities
• Accelerate adoption of AI across existing and new products
• Define product requirements, user journeys, and success metrics for AI-powered solutions
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science / Quant Research, and Design teams
• Lead product discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration cycles
• Define architectures leveraging LLMs, RAG, enterprise knowledge bases, and proprietary data
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, explainable, transparent, and compliant
• Engage with clients to understand workflows and business challenges
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Support demos, pilots, and go-to-market execution
• Build strong business cases and monetization models for AI products
• Enable Sales & Business Development with clear positioning of AI solutions

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of Product Management experience in software, technology, FinTech, SaaS, or AI-driven environments
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, embeddings, tokenization, RAG and/or Generative AI
• Experience bringing digital products from concept to market
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong technical and data affinity, ideally in environments with structured, financial, market, or content-rich data
• Able to bridge business and technology, translating needs into clear requirements for engineering teams
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, high-impact environment
• Experience evaluating product opportunities, prioritizing use cases, and supporting product and go-to-market decisions
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus but not required
