This is a remote position.

• 
  Define and prioritize the MVP scope
• 
  Conduct user research with possible users to validate pain points and refine functionality.

  Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless product experience.
• 
  Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• 
  Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product post-launch.

Requirements

• 
  4+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI or SaaS.
• 
  Strong understanding of user research, product design, and agile development.
• 
  Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• 
  Passion for empowering freelancers and solving real-world problems.
• 
  Top engineering school from Poland or Europe
