We are looking for a results-oriented Product Manager to support and drive the growth of our AI-powered business writing assistant, contributing to key areas such as product strategy, development, AI innovation, and performance optimization. You will be part of a technology department that is comprised of a successful and multidisciplinary group of professionals located across the globe – Lisbon, Barcelona, New York, Manchester, Bucharest and India.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and regularly update the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving user needs

  • Lead the discovery process by conducting market analysis, user research, and gathering stakeholder insights to identify trends and pain points

  • Communicate changes in the roadmap and prioritization reasoning to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including engineers, researchers, QA analysts, and designers—to translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria focused on authoring solutions

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning through release, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery

  • Identify and implement improvements to the software development process, accelerating innovation and enhancing product delivery

  • Foster continual communication across teams to clarify goals, answer questions, and resolve obstacles

AI-Powered Solutions & Innovation

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage AI features to enhance writing assistance and user personalization

  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to leverage advanced language models and maintain high-quality standards

  • Monitor user adoption and AI performance, identifying opportunities to scale intelligent features and maintain a competitive advantage


Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Prioritize feature development and enhancements based on business goals, client needs, stakeholder input, and market potential

  • Use web analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the success of product features, guiding future development decision

Job requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments

  • Prior background in business communication, productivity tools, or authoring solutions

  • Proven track record of delivering products in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Experience in writing detailed specifications and user stories

  • Understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to synthesize user feedback, market research, and performance data into actionable product decisions

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI-powered products or advanced language technology

  • Familiarity with web analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Master’s degree or additional certifications in Product Management or a related discipline

  • Experience in a global or multicultural team setting
