This role requires collaboration with global teams during overlapping hours of 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT.

Compensation:
PKR 200,000 – PKR 400,000 per month
(Compensation will be determined based on experience, product management background, technical expertise, AI product experience, and overall alignment with the role).

This is not a role for someone who simply manages backlogs and writes requirements. We want a builder—someone who has helped create platforms, launch products, solve complex customer problems, and can connect technology, business, and user needs into a compelling vision.

The ideal candidate has experience building and scaling products, working closely with engineering teams, and translating customer problems into impactful solutions. This individual should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, making thoughtful trade-off decisions, and driving products from concept through launch.

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience working closely with software engineering teams. The ideal candidate has experience building or managing AI-powered products and can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions. A strong understanding of product strategy, customer needs, market research, and the product development lifecycle is essential.

This role offers the opportunity to help shape AI-powered products and platform experiences while working directly with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for AI-powered and platform products.

• Work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, platform capabilities, and AI technologies.

• Partner with UI/UX teams to design intuitive, user-centered experiences that align with customer needs and business objectives.

• Identify customer pain points and translate them into product opportunities.

• Drive product discovery through customer interviews, market research, experimentation, competitive analysis, and data analysis.

• Develop product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and make thoughtful trade-off decisions.

• Measure outcomes, not outputs, using data and customer feedback to continuously improve products.

• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and identify opportunities to create differentiated experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field required.

• 4+ years of Product Management experience (or equivalent product-building experience).

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling platforms, developer products, marketplaces, SaaS products, or complex digital ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of AI/LLMs and prior experience working on AI products or AI-enabled platforms.

• Demonstrated technical expertise or strong technical exposure, with experience working alongside engineering teams on APIs, integrations, system design, and platform architecture.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to incorporate user feedback into product decisions and roadmap planning.

• Strong understanding of product strategy, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.

• Ability to work comfortably with engineers and discuss technical concepts, system design, APIs, data flows, and platform architecture.

• Track record of shipping products from concept to launch.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and customer obsession.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.

Bonus Points

• Experience building AI-native products.

• Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.

• Experience working directly with engineering teams building AI, platform, SaaS, or developer-focused products.

• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and growth initiatives.

• Technical background in software engineering or prior hands-on engineering experience is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly compensation ranging from PKR 200,000 – PKR 400,000.

• 90-day probationary period.
