This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a backlog from a distance. We need a hands-on builder: Someone who can create clarity from ambiguity, set direction, make difficult choices, and turn emerging technology into products customers and merchants genuinely value.

What you’ll do

You’ll take a leading product role in our Agentic Commerce team in Vipps MobilePay. The team is at the early stage of building Vipps MobilePay’s shopping assistant and exploring how AI agents can help users discover, decide, and buy — while helping merchants grow in a new era of commerce.

You’ll own a broad product area spanning customer journeys, merchants, and Nordic markets. You’ll define the product strategy, connect it to our commercial goals, and decide where we should play, what we should build, and what we should leave alone.

You’ll also be hands-on. You’ll talk to users and merchants, analyse behaviour, prototype experiences, test assumptions, and turn uncertain opportunities into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, commercial teams, legal, compliance, and partners to build scalable products. You’ll align dependencies, make trade-offs across customer value, revenue, cost, risk, and speed, and help others make stronger product decisions.

What we’re looking for

• Solid product management experience, with ownership of a broad or complex product area.
• A track record of taking ambiguous opportunities from discovery to launched products and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to define product strategy and make decisions with cross-team, commercial, or market impact.
• Strong product judgement grounded in customer insight, experimentation, and performance data.
• Ability to influence teams and stakeholders, anticipate dependencies, and drive alignment.
• Interest in, or experience with, AI products, LLMs, agentic systems, commerce, marketplaces, or payments.

Direct experience with agentic commerce is not required. What matters is that you learn quickly, understand technology, and can build useful products when neither the problem nor the solution is fully defined.
