What is the job:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of security solutions for the next generation of Agentic AI systems. As AI evolves from chat interfaces into autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, taking actions, and interacting with external tools, data, and services, new security challenges emerge that require innovative approaches.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and product strategy. The ideal candidate understands the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem, including foundation models, AI agents, MCPs, tool integrations, retrieval systems, and multi-agent architectures, and can translate emerging threats into compelling security products.

What will you do?

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Agentic AI security offerings.
  • Develop deep expertise in agentic architectures, AI workflows, tool ecosystems, and autonomous decision-making systems.
  • Identify emerging risks associated with AI agents, including prompt injection, tool abuse, data exfiltration, model manipulation, identity misuse, privilege escalation, and autonomous attack chains.
  • Work closely with security researchers, AI engineers, platform teams, and customers to understand evolving threat landscapes.
  • Translate customer requirements and security challenges into product requirements, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze trends in the AI economy, including agent marketplaces, AI-native applications, AI infrastructure, MCP ecosystems, and enterprise AI adoption.
  • Define product capabilities for detection, prevention, monitoring, governance, and runtime protection of AI agents.
  • Drive customer discovery, competitive analysis, and market research across the AI security landscape.
  • Establish success metrics and continuously optimize product performance and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What you need:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, cloud platforms, or related technical domains.

  • Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including:
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • AI agents and agent frameworks
    • Tool use and function calling
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • Multi-agent systems
    • Model Context Protocol (MCP) and emerging agent standards
    • AI infrastructure and deployment architectures
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including identity, application security, cloud security, threat detection, and risk management.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience defining product strategy and delivering products from concept to launch.
  • Experience building products for AI security, application security, cloud security, or security operations.
  • Familiarity with leading agent frameworks and AI platforms.
  • Understanding of AI-specific attack vectors, including: Prompt injection, Jailbreaking, Data leakage, Tool poisoning, Agent hijacking, Supply chain attacks on AI systems, Model and context manipulation etc.
  • Experience working with security researchers, red teams, or threat intelligence teams.
  • Background in machine learning, security engineering, or software architecture – advantage
