This is a highly influential product management role for someone who can combine commercial thinking, stakeholder leadership and deep data platform expertise to solve complex business challenges.
As part of our Analytics, AI & Automation function, you'll sit at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translating them into scalable, future-focused analytics products.
Operating without direct reports but with significant influence, you'll lead through relationships, bringing together commercial teams, data engineers, developers and product owners to drive meaningful outcomes. You'll challenge assumptions, uncover root causes and help stakeholders define better solutions rather than simply delivering requested outputs.
Success in this role requires someone who can think strategically while remaining hands-on enough to guide delivery. You'll bring a strong product management mindset, deep Databricks expertise and a passion for building capabilities that create lasting business value.
