Job Description

At Milrem Robotics, we don’t build products for the shelf - we deliver operational robotic solutions used in real missions around the world.

We are looking for a senior Product Manager to own and lead THeMIS, Milrem Robotics’ flagship unmanned ground vehicle.

THeMIS is Milrem Robotics’ proven and widely deployed unmanned ground vehicle platform. As Product Manager, you will own its product direction and roadmap, working closely with different stakeholders to ensure the product continues to meet evolving customer and business needs.

You will turn market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into clear product priorities and guide decisions across the product lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

  • Product strategy: Own the product vision and direction, aligning customer needs, market insights, and business objectives.
  • Roadmap & priorities: Own and prioritize the product roadmap together with Engineering and other key stakeholders.
  • Product lifecycle: Guide the product and its configurations throughout the lifecycle, ensuring reliability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Data-driven decisions: Use product data, customer feedback and market insights to set priorities and measure success.
  • Business mindset: Connect product decisions with customer value and business goals, supporting business cases and investment decisions.
  • Leadership & alignment: Bring Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders behind a clear direction and drive progress across teams.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes.
  • Experience with complex hardware and software products, ideally in robotics, automation, autonomous systems, vehicles, or similar technology fields.
  • Experience across the product lifecycle, including development, industrialization, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong business and analytical mindset - able to connect customer needs, data, and business goals to clear product decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive progress without formal authority.
  • A self-driven and hands-on approach, comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Very good English skills.

Why Milrem?

  • Take ownership of one of the most established unmanned ground vehicle platforms in the defence robotics industry.
  • Make a real impact by working with a dedicated, innovative team on technology that matters.
  • Grow with a dynamic, international high-tech company and take on meaningful challenges.
  • Career development support, health insurance, extra vacation days and wellness activities - all within a diverse, international team.

NB! This role is based in Estonia, as regular on-site collaboration with the team and close proximity to the product are essential.

To apply, please send your application by 21.09.26 at the latest. We review applications continuously and may contact qualified candidates for interviews before the official deadline.
