We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team and help drive the evolution of innovative solutions that support financial crime investigations, fraud detection, insurance analytics, and intelligence-driven decision making.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Own the product lifecycle for financial investigations and insurance capabilities, from discovery through release.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into prioritized requirements, user stories, and roadmap initiatives.
• Partner closely with Engineering to drive product execution and deliver customer value.
• Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support product positioning, enablement, and go-to-market activities.
• Conduct customer and market discovery to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and guide product decisions.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitive developments to continuously improve the product portfolio.

Requirements

For that mission you'll need:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a software, SaaS, or technology-driven environment, preferably in a startup or high-growth company.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, prioritization methodologies, and the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong customer focus, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
