We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our SalaX product portfolio, including SalaX Secure Messaging and the SalaX Collaboration Suite.
This role combines strategic product management with commercial thinking - you'll work closely with customers, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify market opportunities, define product direction, and deliver solutions that create value for enterprise customers.
One of your products is a mature collaboration solution with an established customer base, while the other offers significant opportunities for growth and business development.
Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and pricing for the SalaX product portfolio.
Identify customer needs, market trends, and new business opportunities to drive product growth.
Define and prioritize product features and maintain the development backlog together with Engineering Manager.
Collaborate with customers, support, sales, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product decisions.
Support internal teams and partners with product knowledge, training, and enablement materials
Develop product messaging and supporting materials for internal teams and customers (with Product Marketing Manager)
Work closely with our technology and sales partners
Monitor market developments and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive.
3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role.
Experience working with B2B software products.
A business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into product initiatives.
Experience defining product roadmaps and prioritizing development backlogs.
Strong analytical skills and experience using customer and market insights to drive product decisions.
Ability to work effectively with software engineering teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
