You will join the GHRCS Product & Innovation Organisation, a global team created to strengthen product thinking across GHRCS. Within the Employee Journey Stream, the focus is on improving end-to-end employee experiences that are simple, consistent, and human-centred.

As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced senior Product Managers, UX professionals, engineers, and business stakeholders, developing your product management skills while helping deliver meaningful outcomes for employees.
• Experience working in a product, project, business analysis, operational change, or delivery-focused role.
• Strong interest in product management and developing expertise across the product lifecycle.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, or delivery artefacts.
• Understanding of agile delivery practices such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data and user feedback to support decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience supporting testing activities, defect management, or release processes.
• Ability to identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across business and technical teams.
• Curious, proactive, and delivery-oriented, with a continuous learning mindset.
• Familiarity with GHRCS systems and employee lifecycle processes would be advantageous.
