Product Teams at Target Corporation are accountable for delivering business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are intuitive, reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.Within Marketing Capabilities/Content Supply Chain, our goal is to establish and maintain a connected technology ecosystem that provides a clear, real-time view of studio operations, planning, execution, reporting, and performance.
The Operations & Reporting product team within Content Supply Chain is responsible for enabling efficient studio operations through scheduling, sample order management, and enterprise reporting capabilities. This team partners closely with Studio Leadership to define operational strategies, improve business processes, and deliver insights that drive decision-making across Studio Tools
As a Product Manager, Operations & Reporting, you will:
  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for scheduling, sample order management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Lead the operational strategy for studio operations, ensuring solutions support current business needs while scaling for future growth.
  • Define and drive the Studio Tools reporting strategy in partnership with Studio Leadership to establish meaningful reporting, performance metrics, and operational insights.
  • Develop and optimize business processes that improve operational efficiency, visibility, and cross-functional collaboration across the Studio Supply Chain.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, design, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and processes through effective change management, training, communication, and continuous feedback.
  • Leverage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for operational improvements and product enhancements.
  • Establish a long-term vision for studio operational capabilities that supports organizational transformation and enables a modern, connected studio ecosystem.
Areas of Expertise
Product Management
  • Product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization aligned with studio and business objectives.
  • Defining product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for technical delivery teams.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, marketing, analytics, and design.
Operations Strategy
  • Managing scheduling and sample order management capabilities that support end-to-end studio operations.
  • Developing scalable operational models and business processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Translating business challenges into technology-enabled solutions.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Defining and executing the Studio Tools reporting strategy
  • Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Partnering with analytics teams to improve operational visibility and performance measurement.
Stakeholder Leadership
  • Aligning cross-functional partners around product vision, operational priorities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Influencing leaders across business and technology organizations to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Balancing business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility when making product decisions.
Change Management & Enablement
  • Leading organizational adoption of new tools, workflows, and operating models.
  • Creating documentation, training, and communication plans to support successful implementation.
  • Acting as the voice of studio operations within cross-functional product and engineering teams.
You will serve as the voice of the product with key stakeholders, ensuring business needs are understood and translated into scalable solutions. You will own the product roadmap and backlog while partnering across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Studio Leadership to deliver high-impact capabilities. Beyond traditional product management responsibilities, you will play a strategic leadership role in defining the future of the Studio Supply Chain. You will help shape new operating models, establish business processes, and drive organizational transformation across the Studio Tools ecosystem. This role requires strong strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to influence across multiple teams and executive stakeholders.

About You
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Operations, Workflow Systems, or related business operations.
  • Experience managing operational platforms, scheduling systems, or enterprise workflow solutions.
  • Experience defining reporting strategies, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product and operational decisions.
  • Experience leading organizational change and business process transformation.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
