This role is 100% REMOTE. The selected candidate must have full work authorization already in effect in the U.S. No Visa sponsorship available.

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Inventory, Distribution Order, Quality and Warehouse Management (WMS) modules. In this role, you won't just build traditional ERP software; you will architect the next generation of AI-driven supply chain solutions.

We are looking for an "AI-native" PM, someone who instinctually leverages AI to multiply their daily productivity and possesses the technical and strategic vision to design AI workflow agents. Your ultimate goal is to create autonomous, intelligent workflows for our ERP that deliver immediate, concrete outcomes for our customers' warehouse, distribution, quality and inventory operations (e.g., eliminating stockouts, automating discrepancy resolution, optimizing pick-paths, and quality management).

AI Workflow & Product Design

• Architect AI Agents: Design and define requirements for intelligent workflow agents that solve specific warehouse and inventory friction points (for example, an agent that dynamically re-slots inventory based on seasonal velocity).
• Outcome-Driven AI: Focus relentlessly on concrete customer metrics. Ensure that every AI feature built translates directly into measurable ROI, such as reduced carrying costs, higher inventory accuracy, or faster fulfillment times.
• Seamless Integration: Design AI interactions that feel natural and intuitive, ensuring human-in-the-loop oversight where necessary for critical warehousing and inventory decisions.

Daily AI Leverage (The "AI-Native" PM)

• Supercharged Productivity: Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate product discovery, generate user stories, analyze competitive landscapes, and synthesize customer feedback.
• Data Analysis: Prompt and utilize data analysis AI models to query large sets of data, uncover usage trends, and validate product hypotheses before engineering begins.
• Rapid Prototyping: Use AI-assisted design and wireframing tools to quickly communicate complex workflows to engineering and design teams.

Core Product Management & Domain Expertise

• Roadmap Ownership: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Inventory, Distribution, Quality and WMS modules, from ideation to successful go-to-market execution.
• Domain Mastery: Serve as the internal subject matter expert on warehouse operations, inventory, distribution orders, and quality.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, data science, product marketing, and sales to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of your products.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of Product Management or Project Management experience, ideally within ERP, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management Systems.
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using Generative AI and LLMs in a professional capacity to enhance workflows. You should be able to provide concrete examples of how AI has made you a more effective PM.
• Agentic Design Concept: Strong conceptual understanding of how AI agents and autonomous workflows operate, and how they can be applied to business logic.
• Customer Empathy: Deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by warehouse managers, inventory planners, and quality managers.
• Technical Fluency: Ability to engage deeply with engineering and data science teams regarding data structures, API integrations, and model capabilities.
