Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our products at Caseware You’ll work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience—defining the roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering products that make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of your product(s), from strategy and planning to execution and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure alignment with product vision and company goals.
- Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap that supports the broader Caseware portfolio.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage directly with internal stakeholders, customers, and distributors to gather feedback and ensure product relevance.
- Contribute to long-term product vision and influence strategic decisions within your product area.
- Support and mentor peers, sharing knowledge and best practices across the product organization.
- Participate in special projects that enhance process efficiency or strategic alignment.
- Represent the product team in discussions with senior management and external partners
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of product management experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to deliver initiatives successfully and on schedule
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
- A track record of collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset — ability to balance immediate goals with long-term vision.
- Deep curiosity about how your product fits within the broader business and market landscape.
- Experience with go-to-market (GTM) activities and a customer-first approach to product development.
- Desire to mentor others and continuously improve team performance.
