About you/ Job Summary

As an experienced Product Manager, you’ll play a central role in shaping the future of Clue’s product, working collaboratively across engineering, customer success, design, and commercial teams to drive value for our users and impact for society. Reporting into the Head of Product, you’ll take ownership of core product areas and lead end-to-end discovery and delivery. You’ll interface regularly with the customers and markets that we serve to deliver product updates, lead discovery and articulate requirements to multiple Scrum Teams for implementation.

You’ll work in close partnership with development, delivery management and Customer Team resources to ensure new features and improvements land successfully. You will also contribute to embedding best practices in product discovery, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.

You’ve previously worked in the SaaS sector with a demonstrable track record for delivering customer value in B2B or B2C markets and thrive in scale-up environments, working collaboratively with high energy and passion to drive process improvement, product adoption and growth. You’ll have solid experience of product management principles and are ready to contribute hands-on with your expertise as the business scales-up. You’ll also have an analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving and curiosity to explore new ways of working with tools and processes to improve productive and collaborative working.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own the product lifecycle for one or more critical product areas, from idea through to delivery and adoption.

  • Contribute to the evolution of the product vision and long-term strategy in alignment with company goals.

  • Lead structured product discovery, ensuring user needs, customer insights and data inform every stage.

  • Translate validated ideas into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver incremental value aligned to the product strategy.

  • Partner with customer success, business development, sales and marketing teams to ensure new features launch successfully with effective feedback loops.

  • Ensure product compliance with relevant legal, ethical and data privacy standards.

  • Provide regular product updates and presentations to our customer communities to explain new feature capabilities, support with Q&A and promote our ethos of continuous product improvement.

  • Measure the success of features using qualitative and quantitative methods, adapting plans as needed.

  • Work collaboratively with Head of Product and Product Team members to deliver compelling product roadmaps, articulating rationale for priority recommendations to internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Key role measures

  • Revenue & growth – feature delivery to achieve quarterly/annual ARR targets and underlying ROI.

  • Product delivery and operational efficiency – Roadmap delivery vs. Plan (% committed features on time).

  • Product Adoption & Usage – leads strategies to drive % of users engaging with newly launched features.

Experience and skills

Our ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas:

  • 3+ years in software product management – preferably in B2B markets.

  • Experience of working in the investigation/intelligence management sector – desirable.

  • An excellent understanding of Agile development and release methodologies.

  • Experience of leading UI design implementation and transition to enhance Accessibility compliance.

  • Experience of developing and managing productised integration services.

  • Champions voice of the customer input and feature ideation through the product development life cycle.

  • Demonstrable experience in successful decision-making and driving product launches.

  • An effective communicator and presenter with ability to influence and motivate at all levels, manage stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around shared goals and priorities.

  • Adept at defining and tracking key performance indicators to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.

  • Aptitude for data analysis and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
