Make an impact by:

Drive the development and commercialization of enterprise digital solutions across mobility, communications, identity, authentication and platform-based services. The role is responsible for product strategy, business growth and customer value creation, from opportunity identification and business case development through go-to-market execution and lifecycle management. Current focus areas may include enterprise mobility, digital workspace, trusted communications, CPaaS and API-enabled services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage enterprise mobility and digital solutions, including digital workspace, trusted communications, CPaaS and API-enabled services, to drive customer value, business growth and market differentiation.
  • Conduct market analysis, business evaluation, competitive benchmarking, and business case development for new solutions.
  • Define product strategies, roadmaps, pricing and go-to-market plans.
  • Drive Future of Work initiatives including Fixed-Mobile Convergence, Digital Workspace-as-a-Service, analytics, managed services and mobile applications.
  • Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Develop end-to-end digital enablement capabilities including fulfilment workflows, self-service portals, and analytics platforms.
  • Manage product P&L, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technology partners, vendors and enterprise customers to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Drive thought leadership, industry engagement and solution showcases to strengthen Singtel’s market positioning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in product management, telecommunications, ICT or digital services.
  • Experience in launching and managing products or services from concept development through commercialization and execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, innovation trends, customer experience and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies, tools and agile delivery practices.
  • Experience in user-centric design, business analysis and customer journey mapping.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to develop professional presentations and business proposals efficiently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, partners and vendors.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
